Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for supervising creative design, responding to reader feedback, and monitoring site metrics. You must also be able to perform in-depth media analyses and be cognizant of societal trends. Collaborating with our marketing group, you will use social media to raise our company’s profile.

Job Duties and Overview:

• Utilize scheduling, monitoring, listening, and analytic capabilities offered by social media marketing platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot.
• Make graphics for social media that are both static and animated with tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work together with internal teams to promote any and all PSW-related updates, events, modules, and products.
• The Communication Manager may also delegate other pertinent duties.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Education, Work History, and Technical Proficiency:
• A bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, business, or new media
• Valid job history as a digital media specialist or in social media marketing
• Proven ability to use social media platforms and expertise with social analytics
• Positivity, attention to detail, client focus, capacity to multitask, and organizational savvy
• Proficient in both English (at least at the C1 level) and Urdu, with a strong command of both languages
• A social media content curator with exceptional consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presenting, and communication skills as well
• as strong creative thinking, problem-solving talents, and an eye for visual aesthetics
• Familiarity with internet marketing and strong grasp of key marketing routes
