Job Duties and Overview:

• Keep track of all students enrolled at Dubai Public Schools by recording their information and processing it at various points throughout their academic career.
• Create a plan for audits and stick to it to make sure data is consistent and of high quality and fill in any gaps.
• Submit all necessary KHDA data submissions, such as the Annual Census, and ensure that the KHDA student database is correct and up-to-date as directed by the Student Records Lead.
• Handle the submission of student-submitted paperwork and service requests, including course materials and completed university forms.
• Verify that the appropriate person or people are being notified of each contribution.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Having completed a bachelor’s degree program or its equivalent in education and/or job experience
• Prior experience working in a setting comparable to the one described above
• Superior command of the English language, encompassing its written, spoken, and understood forms
• Skilled in the usage of appropriate software programs
• Skill at answering problems analytically
• Possess strong social abilities
• Showcase a history of outstanding customer service
• Proven efficiency, adaptability, and precision in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-pressure setting
