An exciting new assisted living service is opening in Sheffield, and we need an energetic and creative support coordinator to spearhead it. Will be responsible for delivering active and effective support to five services and a number of shared properties in Sheffield; you must also be warm and kind. You will seize the chance to integrate management and leadership with comprehensive, individualised assistance, which involves providing respectable personal care. You should be optimistic about risk management and eager to seek out possibilities for engaging and diverse age-appropriate activities.

Job Duties and Overview:

  • Communicating and reiterating the goal of an optimistic, person-centered assisted living model; guaranteeing that clients receive
  • individualized, person-centered assistance, developed in reaction to their own requirements, preferences, and goals.
  • Together with clients, we seek out and participate in social inclusion opportunities so that they can live lives that are meaningful and appreciated, contribute to our communities, learn new skills for everyday living, and improve the ones they already have.
  • Providing excellent customer service and leading a team of support staff to success. Making efficient use of personnel resources in order to fulfill service requirements.
  • Assisting the Service Manager in making sure the service goes above and above what is required by the contract and CQC requirements.
