Job Duties and Overview:

• Align with riders to handle problems in real time & track them on a daily basis.
• Monitoring rider progress with coordinators and accepting responsibility for progress.
• Regular rider zone meetings.
• Facilitating communication between riders and dispatchers to resolve concerns.
• Verifies that riders are using authorized branding and equipment.
• Manages the entire order process and ensures it runs well.
• Help riders out with any issue they’re having in real time.
• Responsibility for fleet-wide SOP violations
• Maintaining a spotless fleet at all times.
• Assist third-party logistics by checking up on their progress toward meeting daily and weekly predicted supply targets through “working hours” exercises.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Experience working in logistics is required.
• Knowledge of “last mile logistics” & “in-house operations”.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and the Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.)
• Bilingual (English and Hindi/Urdu) fluency is preferred. Speaking Arabic is a definite asset.
• Possess or be willing to obtain a valid driver’s license for a light car in Qatar.
• Stress tolerance, multitasking prowess, and the ability to work rotating shifts are all pluses.
• A people person who can manage a large group of cyclists.
• Capable of managing one’s time and materials effectively.
• Capacity to multitask, deal with stress, and work well with a wide range of individuals with wildly varying skill sets and temperaments.
