From receiving orders to delivering them, you’ll be in charge of all operations management tasks as an integral part of the team. Your responsibilities will include keeping track of inventories, working with suppliers, making plans, and providing support to your team.

Salary Warehouse Coordinator job:

• CAD 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Keep in touch with the planning division to track the start of projects and find any missing parts;
• Find necessary components in work release orders in the case of inventory overruns by working with the inventory management technician;
• Maintain regular attendance at the electronic production team’s meetings;
• Manage the team’s priorities in response to crises and ensure that everyday duties are distributed fairly;
• Verify the tasks that require completion by consulting the electronic kanban board;
• Inquire about project objectives with the planning department as needed, and mark bins that are incomplete because of lacking components;
• Collaborate with the Technician in charge of stock management to oversee team efforts to ensure inventory integrity;
• Make a request to the external warehouse to retrieve missing products after tallying the number of missing cases in the kanban system;
• Please confirm if there are any additional products that are missing from the projects and require retrieval from the external warehouse. Once you have done so,
• please transmit these requests to the appropriate individual.
• Assist online retail workers with their routine responsibilities;
• Advance the role while guiding the team to success in accordance with evolving internal needs and business goals.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• You have either a high school certificate (D.E.S.) or a diploma in professional studies (D.E.P.) along with relevant work experience;
• Your relevant work experience ranges from zero to three years;
• The concept of inventory management is familiar to you;
• Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time well is commendable.
