• Ability to lead and think creatively in technological endeavors.
• Professional work experience in the relevant field.
• UDST’s mandate includes a strong emphasis on experiential and applied learning as a pedagogy.
• Capacity to provide and assess genuine instructional experiences These should make use of modern resources to help students acquire the knowledge, abilities, and attitudes specified by the program’s goals while also making the most of the stuff they learn in context.
• Ability to use digital tools and resources proficiently.
• Proven experience creating student-centered classrooms where students actively engage with course materials and one another via the use of technology.
• Competence in both vocal and writing expression.
• The capacity to work well with others and quickly build relationships with students.
