Salary Housekeeping Manager:

• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Impress our guests, staff, and suppliers with your commanding presence as a leader.
• Maintain the Housekeeping departments’ seamless daily operations
• Keep the lines of communication open with the outside contractors that clean our guest rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate closely with external teams and our internal supervisors to maintain excellent cleaning standards.
• Collaborate and achieve peak performance by coordinating with engineering, our off-site laundry, and the front desk.
• Manage inventory and supply levels, including finding new items and suppliers and monitoring industry trends. Checks the guest floors to make sure they have enough supplies. Maintains a spotless linen closet, guest halls, stairwells, and elevators
• Supervisory responsibilities include supervising a team of housekeepers and room attendants who are each responsible for a certain area of the hotel, interviewing potential employees, creating work schedules and providing training, conducting performance reviews and
• disciplinary actions as necessary, keeping tabs on each employee’s daily work, checking finished rooms for compliance with standards,
• coordinating work orders, and making sure guests have all the supplies they need.
• Gathers room and floor status papers for designated work locations and schedules assignments to executed daily.
• Kept track of the daily progress of every room attendant. Verifies finished rooms for compliance with specifications. Returns to the room and coaches the employee successfully when standards missed.
• Makes sure all work orders are fulfilled by coordinating their completion. Frees up checkout rooms for sale.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Graduate, ideally with experience in the hospitality and tourist industry
• Two to four years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in both English and Arabic is a plus.
