A part-time cleaner would be very appreciated for our corps building. The ideal candidate will always keep the building’s common areas clean, organized, and ready for use while also ensuring the safety of their coworkers.

Primary duty: Carry out cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning schedule to provide a consistent level of cleanliness. The following will be covered, among other things:

Job Duties and Overview:

• Dusting, cleaning, and vacuuming
• Window and sill cleaning
• Leaving the bathroom clean, including the floor, sinks, and toilets
• Communicating the requirement for cleaning materials to the manager
• Packers and movers of furniture, tables, and appliances

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Experience with cleaning
• Familiarity with applicable health and safety protocols
• Capacity to perform efficiently, to a good level, and with little oversight
• Capability to operate autonomously while adhering to the principles upheld by the Salvation Army
