Job Duties and Overview:

• Make sure that the necessary pre-visit paperwork has been completed by all groups and that the appropriate departments have been informed.
• Send out guest schedules and finalize hotel assignments to meet the company’s four-week target timeline.
• Organize and store – School-related emails and mail,
• Contact all groups via pre-arrival courtesy calls and record all interactions properly.
• Before each group arrives, make sure they have their own leader pack, key, and visitor pass.
• Make a summary of the comments and send it to every division.
• Make sure that the total number of confirmed guests is reported to the admin on a weekly basis.
• Support CAM’s daily engagement with schools, as well as welcome and feedback meetings, and teacher entertainments.
