Job Duties and Overview:

• Being a point of contact for both the boys and their parents, I will assist the Head of Academy Education and Player Care in improving the
• Academy experience for every youngster.
• To make sure the Academy is a good experience for everyone involved, we need to set up ways to get their feedback.
• Making sure that every player and their family are officially enrolled in the Academy
• Expanding upon the existing model to design and implement a first-rate, differentiated, and inclusive Personal Development/Life Skills curriculum for all boys
• Developing and implementing an interdisciplinary Parent Education Program at the Academy
