Job Duties and Overview:

• Create an original visual merchandising plan, then put it into action.
• Bring customers in and guide them through the business with visually engaging displays.
• Create promotional materials such as window displays, signage, interior displays, floor plans, and more.
• Clearly define the desired outcome and highlight important messages.
• Collaborate with assistant merchandisers to brainstorm, edit, and present potential design concepts.
• Keep yourself in step with the company’s values, ethos, image, and target demographic.
• Keep track of expenses and stick to your budget
• Instruct workers on how to set up exhibits while supervising the production
• Alter the displays to showcase newly released products and to align with holiday or seasonal themes.
• Collaborate with vendors and acquire components
• Look at the latest tendencies in fashion, demographics, and design

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Long-term expertise
• Extensive background in visual merchandiser
• Exhibit solid retail merchandising experience alongside proven visual design abilities
• Proven background in visual merchandising in a variety of settings, including but not limited to: window displays, signage, interior displays, and space utilization
• Expertise with image editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiarity with the most recent methodologies and trends in visual merchandising
• Expertise with Microsoft Office
• Original and forward-thinking individual
• Competence in analyzing survey data and sales marketing reports
