Job Duties and Overview:

• Making food: follow established recipes and cooking techniques while making food.
• Follow instructions to prepare food for meals.
• Following the most recent guidelines for food safety and HACCP
• Maintain a clear separation between clean and unclean tasks.
• Transporting food in either a refrigerated or hot state requires preparation.
• Use the current management system to keep track of food safety data and decantand/or serve food as needed.
• Stop using and restock on supplies
• Keep an eye on the storage of goods and make sure they are neat and safe.
• Be kind and considerate to every consumer.
• Maintain a safe working distance from all cooking equipment and address any problems that may arise.
• Retain precise inventory counts, which should include cooking utensils.
• Contribute to the accomplishment of the financial goals established by the Centre Production Manager.
• Make sure products are measured correctly to help with waste management.
• Keep one’s skills sharp by taking classes and participating in in-house training programs.
• Do not deviate from any established business policy or process.
• Take part in and offer feedback during team meetings.
• Complete all tasks as directed by upper management and corporate.
• Following the principles taught in customer service training, always be courteous and considerate to customers.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Certificate in Level 2 Hygiene – Highly Desired
• Acquired understanding of proper kitchen hygiene and safety procedures.
• Competence in reading, writing, and arithmetic
