• USD 15-20 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Keep the clubhouse tidy and in good repair.
• Sweep, mop, polish, and scrub floors; clean carpets.
• Keep the workplace, including all surfaces, clean.
• Remove all trash from the trash cans and dispose of it properly.
• assistance with audiovisual equipment setup for gatherings and events
• Toilets, cabinets, and storage spaces should be kept clean and stocked with necessary items.
• Carve out time each week, month, and year to attend to the clubhouse’s mechanical needs.
• Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to keep the outside of the building, including the entrances and any areas accessible from the outside, free of trash and debris.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• The ideal candidate will be available full-time and flexible with their schedule, able to work any combination of shifts including morning, afternoon, night, and weekend hours.
• A background in cleaning and maintenance would be beneficial.
• Capacity to keep positive connections with superiors and coworkers.
• Skilled in operating a variety of motor vehicle scrubbers, hand tools, and other equipment used in road maintenance.
• A service-oriented professional with an eye for detail.
• Capacity to operate autonomously and with little supervision.
• Effective verbal and written expression.
• Problem solver
• Able can move up to one hundred pounds
