Salary CMC CCTV Operator job:

• GBP 10-15 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Within predetermined timeframes, report critical incidents to the head of the monitoring center.
• Quickly reporting problems with the CCTV system to the support desk so they may be fixed.
• In-store CCTV guidance and instruction via remote access
• Be on the lookout for stores that pose a high danger and need extra supervision.
• Using standard operating procedures to keep within predetermined KPIs and ensure maximum system knowledge and performance at all times.
• To handle any complaints in a timely and professional manner in the absence of the CCTV Centre Manager, and to report all actions taken in writing to the CCTV
• Manager (or his deputy) as soon as possible.
• To exercise typical precautions for one’s own and others’ health and safety, to prevent the misuse of anything pertaining to health and safety, and to report any unsafe conditions that may exist.
• Your Line Manager may also ask you to perform other duties.
