Job Duties and Overview:

• Job descriptions specify the specifics of each position according to the required level of expertise.
• In addition to, but not limited to, the following:
• Various cuisines are prepared for banquets and restaurants under the direction of a chef.
• Help keep output and quality at acceptable levels.
• Cooking and prepping for a high-volume restaurant and other events requires you to maintain a high tempo.
• Takes part in maintaining cleanliness and keeping costs down.
• Position work space in accordance with station guide.
• Appropriate knife skills for the position of cook
• Will maintain a clean work area, label and date products, and rotate inventory. Make sure that food is stored in the designated areas.
• Full allergen and food handler education. Make sure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
• Document any findings of potentially hazardous or damaged machinery.
• Keep track of the time and temperature at the station. Minds their own space, labels, and dates.
• Follows the instructions of the head chef, sous chef, and store manager.
• Work in an orderly fashion to maximize efficiency; maintain a spotless kitchen and work environment at all times; comply with all applicable
• state and local sanitation regulations.
• Assist the Sous Chef and the Chef in receiving and stowing food supplies according to established protocols.
• I will assist with communicating and notifying you about product outages. products, things with little inventory, and products that are 86’d.
• Adherence to all applicable regulations and all company policies
• Complete any additional tasks given to you.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Cooks must be at least 16 years old. The minimum age to work as a cook is 18. two to four
• Requires no pain when standing for hours on end
• Able to lift and transport objects weighing up to fifty pounds is a need.
• English proficiency (oral, written, and spoken) is required.
