Job Duties and Overview:

• All freight invoices must be meticulously double-checked against the original quote and the assessed duty and value.

   

• Whenever changes are made to the freight or duty payments or other factors, the master file should be updated accordingly.
• Accurately and concisely combine the bills, HS Code Summary, DA, and CO applications.
• Took the cargoes to other suppliers to get the best price.
• Maintaining an up-to-date record of international shipments and arranging for their customs clearance and delivery is essential.
• Collect the delivery orders from the various shipping lines and freight forwarding companies on schedule.
• Get the credentials from the Business and Industry Council. –
• Help the stores out with all their IT and stationary needs at opening and closing.
• Work in tandem with Club Apparel to collect client information and the Marketing group to create any artwork that may required.
• heck and make up the stock discrepancy reports when necessary. The Trade License needs to followed up on by the legal team.
• gather the stores’ daily sales information. Gather the master copy from the data entry crew and use it as a starting point for your reports. – Work in tandem with
• A/P/F to process Principals’ voucher payments. Send all stock papers pertaining to the GCC on to the logistical team. – Coordinate with the Inventory Control department for stock related issues. fix the MIS reports as directed by the group.
