Job Duties and Overview:

• In addition to assisting management with achieving and maintaining exceptional cleanliness both inside and outside the restaurant, the
• Maintenance Person is also responsible for maintaining the equipment used in the establishment.
• Your restaurant is committed to helping you thrive in your role as Maintenance Team member by providing you with the resources and training you need.
• Daily oil fryer filtering
• Upkeep of outdoor spaces
• Detail all machinery, windows (both inside and exterior), storage areas, and bathrooms.
• Two times every week, unload the delivery truck.
• Gather all recyclables and dispose of them properly.
• Replace the light bulbs.
• Remove any dirt from the roof and change the HVAC and exhaust filters.
• Always be prompt and prepared for your shift; your punctuality and positivity will go a long way with our clients and coworkers.
• Keep yourself tidy and in uniform at all times.
• Adhere to all health and sanitation standards as well as corporate policy on food safety.
• To guarantee smooth service, be flexible with your schedule and open to cross-training.
• Always have a grin on your face and speak to customers in a kind and polite manner.
