Job Duties and Overview:

• To foster a risk-free (IF) environment for project creation, preparation, and completion.
• Uphold and be a role model for the company’s fundamental values and Incident Free practices.
• Safety and legality for all workers are top priorities, so it’s up to project managers and engineers to follow all HSE (occupational and process) laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Assert that the Company’s Management System is in line with the relevant International Standards.
• To examine and sanction departures against NOC norms.
• Develop a plan and strategy for carrying out the project. Oversee Project Closure and Handover to Operations.
• Assist the Brownfield Projects Lead with work planning according to agreed-upon prioritization based on safety, production, and future development requirements.
• To create, present for approval, and oversee financial plans for projects. Keep updated cost and time estimates in accordance with the project’s current phase.
• Cost and progress forecasts are tracked and shared with the line manager and other relevant parties.
• In order to complete the Contractor’s estimates of time, money, and resources.
• Risks to the Project must be recognized and mitigated by conducting thorough reviews, such as HAZOP, HAZID, constructability, and design.
• Assess the financial and time commitment implications of any scope changes.
• We need you to talk to people in different parts of E&C, FOP, etc., so that you can work closely with them to achieve your business goals.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Engineer with over ten years of experience in oil and gas facility planning, building, managing projects, or running facilities.
• Professional engineering certification and a degree from a prestigious university are also necessities in this field.
• Strong familiarity with Project Management best practices. Speak English really well.
• To deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers …) to the E&C Brownfield Projects Coordinator for the offshore Brownfield Projects activities.
• Management of the procurement activities, including preparation & submission of contract plans, in cooperation with C&P.
• Make sure the lessons learned are shared with the right people and put into practice.
• To aid other divisions within E&C in providing justification for estimates to clients, assets, or partners.
• Engineers working on Brownfield Projects will benefit from your guidance and example.
• To complete any additional responsibilities that his superiors may place on him.
