Job Duties and Overview:

• Facilitating EPRS stakeholder meetings, both in terms of hosting and attending, and disseminating meeting minutes to the entire team.
• Keeping track of and following up on key decisions and actions taken at EPRS meetings.
• Making presentations on PowerPoint when that’s what’s required for things like meetings, events, workshops, and the like.
• Maintaining a close eye on EPRS projects to make sure they are moving forward as planned, any necessary adjustments are made, and the due dates are not missed.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required. Participating in EPRS project activities as needed.
• Help the EPRS Engineers plan and execute EPRS projects, making sure they follow established procedures and have complete documentation.
• Analyze the EPRS project’s challenges and supply answers where necessary.
• Make a project management schedule to ensure that all milestones met.
• Track the EPRS project from its inception through its conclusion, including the defining of objectives and the development of a strategy.
• Helping contractors and EPRS employees meet their deadlines and achieve their targets.
• Make plans for projects and keep them up to date. Timely planning is essential for contractor mobilization and subsequent demobilization.
• Inspect and manage vendors and contractors on the ground to keep projects on track and on budget. Complete all quality assurance/quality control, health and safety, and “Permit for Work” processes at construction sites.
• In addition to arranging for all workers, your department’s training needs should reviewed and managed.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering
• a related field that focuses on upstream oil and gas
• Have worked in the oil and gas business for  (5) years
• Skilled at coordinating operations and carrying them out successfully.
• Skilled in coordinating material logistics, vessel mob/demo, offshore and onshore activities.
• Possession of a current IMDG certificate, PMP, or CTL required.
• Competent with computers (SAP and Microsoft software particularly)
• Strong fluency in the English language. Be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Able to prioritize and manage competing demands.
• Ability to operate independently and a strong sense of initiative.
• strong against stress (mental and physical).
• Excellent skill at juggling multiple, demanding tasks.
