Efficient administration and accountability of all Equipment/MRSP details supporting the Category II Satellite supply account is the responsibility of the Equipment administration Supervisor and MRSP Supervisor, who report to the Site Supply Chain Manager (SCM). Offers assistance with supplies for any and all repair cycles as well as Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs). In charge of the Equipment/Mobility Readiness Spares Package (MRSP) staff and ensuring them proper training and development. Makes ensuring that the Amentum ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are both followed.

Job Duties and Overview:

• Oversees the Equipment/MRSP operation and makes sure that the internal detail records of the Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) are accurate and up-to-date.
• Evaluates all War Reserve Material (WMR) detail records in conjunction with the United States Air Force permission documents, namely the
• War Plans Additive Requirements (WPARR)/D040.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, including the use of funds and the handling of issue files related to shortfalls in the
• Mobility Readiness Spares Packages (MRSP). Facilitates the prompt handling of overdue turn-ins and deletions of details. Oversees the movement of equipment and MRSP within the office. Oversees the courtesy storage unit and its contents.
• Verifies the accuracy of all Equipment/MRSP detail records on a monthly basis.
• Makes ensuring that all assets from the repair cycle are processed and shipped quickly.
• We ensure that all TCTO requests for vehicle needs are quality controlled.
• Keeps an eye on the cumulative reject list to make sure that things are fixed quickly.
• Problems pertaining to Equipment/MRSP, maintenance cycles, TCTO, and Weapon Systems Support are addressed and resolved in coordination with the Amentum-Shaw Logistics Support Element (SLSE).
• Sets expectations for others under them. Carry outs quality assurance procedures in accordance with the standards established by the ISO
• 9001 program. Verifies that all tasks finished to the specified quality standard and gives workers constructive criticism while they work.
• Ensures that all employees working under their direction receive practical training on the job. Informs employees about upcoming tasks, changes to procedures, new computer products, changes to workload, standards, safety procedures, special projects, and inspections.
• Complete further tasks as required.
• Position requires regular office, maintenance, shop, or warehouse labor, with occasional long periods spent outdoors.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office (including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and personal computers required.
• You need to able to use the Enterprise Solutions-System (ES-S) effectively.
• Skill in retrieving and organizing LIMS-EV lists and reports required.
• An up-to-date understanding of the Defense Property Accounting System and Equipment Management required, as is familiarity with US military services or their equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from the home country required, as is the capacity to obtain a driver’s license from the host nation.
• Potentially needed to operate machinery for material handling.
• Minimum requirement: a high school diploma.
• Required: four or five years of expertise in Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) and Equipment Management in the United States Air
• Force or a comparable US service.
• At least three years of relevant supervising experience required.
• Capable of traveling both domestically and abroad.
