Job Duties and Overview:

• So that we can warmly welcome, smile at, and greet our visitors.
• Promote additional food and drink items in a professional manner.
• Our goal is to provide everyone we work with with prompt, precise service.
• Make sure all guests’ reasonable demands are met and that their questions are answered quickly and accurately.
• To be well-versed in the menu and all of the available food and drink options so that you can confidently answer clients’ questions.
• To make sure that guests may be seated quickly, set up, clear, and service tables immediately after each use.
• Assist with cleaning and housekeeping as needed and make sure the restaurant areas are always clean and presentable.
• Respond to customer concerns in a timely and polite way, making sure they satisfied and reporting any issues to upper management.
• It is imperative that all charge procedures adhere to the established protocols.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• High School Diploma
• Previous service experience is an asset
• Knowledge about the Point-of-Sale System is an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Basic Food Safety Certificate
• Arabic Speaking is an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remain calm and courteous
