Job Duties and Overview:

• To guarantee a high level of service is offered to Gold and Platinum members, you must support Doha Sales and be readily available to meet, greet, and help them. Maintains excellent relationships with Platinum members by keeping a close eye on their numbers.
• Create and maintain service quality metrics in line with Privilege Club HO’s expectations. Make regular audits of member records to check for policy and procedure compliance.
• Collaborate closely with FF HO to create, update, and monitor a competition analysis system, and to plan and construct loyalty goods that generate revenue.
• Make sure all relevant parties, both inside and outside the company, are aware of the new benefits package and how to access them.
• Maintain continuous communication with the sales operations group and regularly assess FF practices to guarantee quality service. Work processes, procedures, and results should be evaluated on a regular basis to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborates with CTOs to develop quarterly plans for achieving FF goals.
• Managing all CTOs for Redemption Ticket distribution. Will serve as the primary point of contact for all CTOs with questions or concerns about the Privilege Club
• Programme’s underlying computer systems. Report all CTO acquisition activity daily to management. Send consistent messages to all FFP members by ensuring all CTOs are aware of any updates or improvements to the program as well as any new program policies.
• Coordinate with the Doha Sales’ Team to sign up new members and assist with the growth of the FFP by accompanying the assigned Account Managers on visits to corporate accounts, where you can raise FFP awareness among employees and convince them to sign up for the program.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its Equivalent and at least four years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in both Arabic and English is a plus.
• Traveling on flights frequently
• Knowledge of Ticketing Systems and Customer Service Skills
• Expertise in the Amadeus Reservations System and Ticketing is a plus, as is work history in Loyalty & Marketing.
• Capable of Expressing Oneself Clearly
