Job Duties and Overview:

• Assist guests with checking in, issuing room keys, and providing information about hotel services and room location. Follow all local
• legislation regarding identification requirements. Be courteous and prompt when answering the phone.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Respond to, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Record guest preferences in the system. Help guests with checking out, including handling late or disputed charges.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately according to established procedures. Issue, control, and release guest safe deposit boxes according to hotel procedures.
• Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management for additional monitoring or follow-up.
• Notify the on-duty supervisor or management without delay of any occurrence involving health and safety, security breaches, concerns, or questionable behavior.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Experience working as a receptionist or providing guest service in a five-star hotel for at least two to three years
• Possess strong verbal and written English communication abilities
• A personable character with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities
• It is crucial to have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of success with Opera or a comparable platform
