Job Duties and Overview:
- Apply the following retail store systems to support job functions: RF Unit, Management Planning, Scheduling, and CAO.
- Be fair, dignified, and respectful to all of your coworkers.
- Comply with and even surpass all relevant Management Planning standards.
- Educate yourself on the product.
- Help train other employees as needed.
- Advocate for the company’s safety policies. Please inform us if any repairs or maintenance are required for the equipment. Make sure the work space is clear of any risks or debris.
- Always follow the company’s guidelines for food safety and sanitation.
- Complete any and all additional tasks given to you.
Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate
- Capacity to guide and manage a group of people.
- Experience in retail produce is preferred.
- Strong abilities in sales, customer service, and clear expression of ideas.
- Possess strong people skills and a strong work ethic; prefers to collaborate with others.
- Displayed a strong aptitude for quickly grasping new tasks and meeting the technical requirements of the position.
- In order to follow business policy, you must be at least a certain age.
