Job Duties and Overview:

• Organizing the café’s fare to meet the requirements of the division.
• In charge of stock acquisition and distribution.
• Compliance and supervision of the Department’s Food Safety System.
• Overseeing the management of subordinate workers.
• Training employees through mentoring and shadowing.
• Observing and recording standard operating procedure for shutting down and cleaning up.
• Making sure the right steps are taken when reporting building or equipment problems.
• Create novel foods and drinks and sell them in attractive packaging.
• Be ready to provide a hand (if at all possible) for major celebrations such as commencement, open house, and royal visits.
• Other work and tasks as required by the position and the grade level.
