Job Duties and Overview:
- Having a cheerful disposition when interacting with customers.
- Helping clients figure out how to use the kiosks.
- Helping patrons locate available seating and delivering stellar service.
- Responsible for keeping the lobby neat and tidy by clearing and cleaning tables as needed.
- Responding courteously and effectively to consumer questions, comments, and complaints.
- Keeping an eye on things to make sure they are clean, safe, and up to McDonald’s standards.
- Respecting all applicable laws and business standards on food safety and cleanliness.
- Working in tandem with other team members to keep things upbeat in the office.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate
- Ability to stand and move about for long periods of time is required.
