Job Duties and Overview:

• Assure that all guest units are clean and supplied according to established procedures and standards, and that all visitors are comfortable.
• Maintain a spotless guest room in accordance with Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
• Following all departmental rules, procedures, and fire laws is of the utmost importance.
• Adhere to the Standards of Conduct and Rules of Work for Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two as outlined in EmPact.
• Execute housekeeping tasks as directed using all necessary tools, materials, keys, etc.
• Take out all of the trash and recyclables and put them in the designated containers within the service area.
• Let Housekeeping know if anything needs fixing or repairing.
• Please inform both Security and Housekeeping of any goods discovered in the check-out units.
• Always present oneself in a clean and orderly manner while wearing the provided uniform.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Housekeeping experience preferred in a five-star hotel.
• Maintains cordial and professional relationships with superiors and coworkers.
• Schedule needs to be completely flexible.
• Available for daytime, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Consistent standing for extended durations.
• Exceptional ability to convey ideas to others
