Job Duties and Overview:

• Providing direction, motivation, and leadership to your coworkers.

   

• In order to oversee the elementary school’s regular activities.

   

• Having a significant say in the long-term plans of your elementary school and the entire institution.

   

• Join the School Leadership Team, which spans multiple campuses, and work together effectively.

   

• The goal is to increase enrollment by coordinating efforts with the DAM and the admissions office.

   

• To serve as a leader within the community that includes parents, students, and other interested parties.

   

• To take the lead in ensuring the safety of students in the Early Years Foundation Stage and Kindergarten.

   

• Whenever necessary, to fill in as executive principal
• To coordinate the creation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Primary School curricula in order to provide a stimulating, age-appropriate academic and ECA program that supports the overall mission of the institution.
• To remain current on all curricular areas’ national and international advancements as well as on improvements in pedagogy and instructional practice.
• I will keep an eye on curriculum initiatives happening at the global, UK, and local levels and respond accordingly.
• As needed, conduct performance evaluations of EYFS and primary school teachers.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Competent to a bachelor’s degree level or higher

   

• Credentials for Education Instructors

   

• A command of the English language

   

• Advanced Degree (an NPQH or applicable Master’s degree would be ideal)

   

• Ability, Proficiency, and Knowledge

   

• Capable of leading and managing people

   

• Executive experience in Early Years Foundation Stage and/or Primary Education

   

• Proficiency in instructing students in the English-language UK National Curriculum

   

• Ability to effectively manage and create curricula

   

• Emphasis on exceptional EYFS service providing

   

• Dedicated participation

   

• Having the social skills necessary to form strong bonds with coworkers

   

• Having the selflessness to guide and instruct coworkers

   

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills applicable to a wide range of contexts

   

• Extensive experience in information technology

   

• Awareness of, and engagement with, the dynamic nature of the information technology landscape as it relates to the field of education

   

• Knowledge of a management information system
