Job Duties and Overview:

• Reduce spending and maximize efficiency in every aspect of housekeeping.
• Make plans for and oversee the monthly linen inventory
• Make management aware of any problems that could escalate.
• Establish a culture of cooperation and provide excellent service by consistently communicating and coordinating with other departments.
• Commence the daily housekeeping break out each morning by opening the house.
• Gather all of the room attendants for the daily housekeeping meeting.
• Make sure that guests are completely satisfied by responding to their concerns and special requests and taking appropriate action when necessary.
• To guarantee visitor satisfaction, inspect all allocated areas to verify cleanliness and proper repair of furnishings, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens, and public
• spaces. Highlight areas of improvement and provide guidance on how to implement them. As required, offer sufficient retraining.
• Help with room assignments and scheduling to make sure everyone has enough coverage.
• Verify that the room attendant carts and storage areas are clean, well-stocked, and in good repair.
• Fill out the necessary paperwork and close out the project. This includes things like maintenance request forms, supply requisitions, and updating the log books.
• To guarantee guest happiness, may carry out all housekeeping tasks as needed, such as making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning guest rooms.
• All objects that have been found must be reported, turned in, or recorded in accordance with the approved protocols.
