You will continue the progress already made and try to integrate the equality agenda into all facets of society. You’ll do your best to foster a culture of inclusiveness and responsibility across all departments and positions within the Trust. You will work with the Strategic Lead for Inclusion to fulfill the company’s legal responsibilities in accordance with the latest equality laws and industry standards.

The standard workweek for this position is 37.5 hours, but we are willing to negotiate other schedules and even job sharing if necessary. We’re a warm and welcoming crew, ready to move forward on our Inclusion path and eager to experiment with new methods of fostering inclusion.

Job Duties and Overview:

• To aid managers, coworkers, and networks with People and OD matters pertaining to equity, diversity, inclusion, and a sense of community.
• Workforce Race Equality Standard, Workforce Disability Equality Standard, Closing the Gender Pay Gap, and UHMBT’s Local Workforce Sexual Orientation
• Standard all fall under this department’s purview, so they need your help modernizing, revamping, and bettering the service in their area of responsibility.
• To plan and conduct training workshops on a range of people & OD themes to groups of staff within the Trust,
• for example behaviors at work, Equality Impact
• Assessments, Anti-racism training. To always be there for them and help them out with these issues.
• Use own experience, data and insights, and knowledge of best practice to build effective models, systems and tools that increase Inclusion and Equity, celebrate
• Diversity and foster a sense of Belonging at UHMBT.
