Job Duties and Overview:
- Opens and closes office, activates and deactivates the alarm.
- Provides information and assistance to guests.
- sends callers and queries to the appropriate department.
- Assists the council with administrative tasks as required, such as creating new cases in Sales Force.
- Helps out when the Retail crew needs a break.
- Takes on a variety of different tasks and initiatives as needed.
- Maintains a constant image as a Girl Scout representative.
- Attend shifts on time and prepared to work as a receptionist.
Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate
- A high school diploma and some time spent working at an office
- Credible presentation
- Adaptability in the face of rapid technological advancements
- Competence in mathematics and the fundamentals of communication in writing and speech
- Proven skill in juggling several tasks at once
- Effective communication abilities, including the ability to follow directions both orally and in writing.
- Possessing an understanding of and commitment to the Girl Scout mission; being open to joining Girl Scouts of the USA.
