Job Duties and Overview:
- Welcome guests when they arrive, say goodbye, or transfer Individuals Traveling with Mobility Impairments (PRM)
- Have fruitful conversations with both passengers and employees.
- Help passengers with mobility restrictions (PRM) at airport security checkpoints, at check-in, at drop-off locations, and before airplane takeoff.
- Using a variety of tools, safely aid in the transfer of people from planes to the airport terminal.
- Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety policies.
- Responsible use of business equipment is expected at all times.
- Proficiency in interacting with coworkers and clients at all levels
- Capacity to safely lift passengers following established protocols for manual handling.
