Summary: You, the Patient Ambassador, will be the face of the Patient Experience Team on your floor. All new admission visits and patient interviews are entirely your responsibility. Job Duties and Overview:

• Visits all assigned units for new admissions within the window of time set by the unit’s management and the patient experience team.
• Makes sure everyone in the company is kind and respectful to customers and clients.
• Contributes to a degree of customer happiness that guarantees continued business.
  raises customers’ consciousness of the Patient Experience Initiative.
• Assists with tailoring programs to the specific requirements of individual accounts.
• Helps create and/or track a strategy to improve patients’ experiences within a department or unit, and reports back to clients as required.
• Helps ensure efficient unit-based employee relations programs.
• Motivates staff members to think beyond the box.
• Employees are rewarded for their efforts when their programs are successfully implemented.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Be well-versed in the ins and outs of office management and contract administration.
