Job Duties and Overview:

• Perform routine checks and patrols to ensure the safety of the structure.
• Carefully observe high-risk community members.
• Check on the safety of the occupants overnight and make sure the building is locked and secure during curfew hours.
• Maintain a risk-free workplace in accordance with all applicable Health and Safety regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Take care of phone calls, visitors, and oversee the progress of any contractors in the area.
• Correctly respond to hostile or abusive language or actions.
