Keep track of all keys, monitor electronic key boxes, distribute and collect master keys, radios, and beepers, and store them securely. Guard the entire premises and let guests inside their rooms. Keep an eye on the security cameras and alarms. React to accidents, call for help, and perform first aid/CPR as needed. Help customers and workers in times of need. In case of accidents, attacks, or other occurrences, make sure the right people are notified. Stop arguments between customers and workers.

Resolve safety danger issues. Remove any unwanted guests personally. Respond to crashes and thefts involving vehicles. Use the appropriate code replies to summon help. Carry out a daily activity report/shift summary for Loss Prevention.

Don’t let anyone see any of the reports or documents without permission. Make sure your employees who need to see a doctor outside the office have the papers they need. Rewrite, edit, and duplicate sensitive reports.

Job Duties and Overview:

• Adhere to all company regulations; notify management of any incidents or unsafe working circumstances; obtain all necessary safety credentials; maintain a neat and presentable look at all times; preserve the privacy of trade secrets; guard the company’s property.

   

• Provide a warm greeting and acknowledgement to each guest in accordance with established procedures; anticipate and meet guests’ service needs; aid guests with special needs; express sincere gratitude for their patronage. Communicate with others in a polished manner; write and edit materials to the highest standards.
• Be able to read and verify information in a wide variety of forms (including fine print). Perform a visual examination of a piece of machinery (for the purpose of finding problems, for instance). Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
• Manipulate items that range in size and weight by using your dexterous hands and sharp eyes. Move across tight, cramped, or high areas. Travel up and down stairs and/or service ramps and over sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
