Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• A valid teaching certificate and qualifications (e.g., a PGCE, B.Ed, or PGDE)
• Have SEND experience and the NASENCo or iSENCo designation, or a comparable leadership certification.
• Having taught for at least four years is required.
• Have worked as a manager or supervisor before.
• Practical knowledge in introducing systemic change to an entire school.
• I have expertise working with students who are learning a second language.
• Experience of assisting children on an individual level, in small group and entire class activities.
• Extensive proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Experience of teaching in British curriculum schools.
