Job Duties and Overview:
- Get the store’s sales, promotions, customer service surveys done and done, and fuel costs down to zero.
- Keep operational expenses at the store at or below budget
- Make sure there are enough people working in the store to cover all shifts and that there are plans in place for when current employees leave, and make sure that everyone on the team is well-versed in our principles and key competencies and is following all training instructions.
- Retain conformity with merchandise and fuel programs
- Back company efforts and rollouts while keeping modifications up to date
- Document and respond to any safety issues in accordance with established policies.
Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate
- Requires parental consent Whereas Kentucky has a minimum age of 20, Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama all have a minimum age of 21, and Indiana has a threshold of 19.
- A Bachelor’s Degree required, or one year of continuous experience as a store manager or an equivalent amount of time as an assistant store manager.
- Regular bending, standing, and reaching required.
- Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds required.
- Complete other tasks as directed
