Job Duties and Overview:
- Recognizes the significance of and guarantees that all station employees adhere to state and federal wage and hour regulations; appropriately utilizes support groups as required (e.g.,
- Human Resources, Operations, and Facilities).
- Always back and adhere to CSI’s policies, procedures, practices, and programs, as well as any and all established safety, security, and quality standards. Deal with mishaps in a timely and expert manner.
- Apply the CSI Loss Prevention procedure to ensure the safety of oneself, one’s coworkers, and anybody else present at the workplace. Be an example of safe behavior.
- Always communicate with clients, vendors, and coworkers in a kind and professional manner.
- Consistent and dependable presence is necessary.
Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate
- Work history as a manager in the retail, food service, or petroleum industries.
- Flexible with scheduling; willing to work early, late, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure setting.
- Capacity to skillfully and prudently manage difficult situations.
- Capacity to work well with others as well as alone.
- Great verbal and written communication abilities as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
