• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Making sure that the unit and each team member achieve their sales goals in a profitable way.
• Getting weekly updates from the team on market sales, new items, and individual goals.
• Assigning team members with goals that are more immediate in nature.
• Keeping the team motivated and ensuring they meet their goals.
• Reporting on team and individual performance to the Division Manager every other week.
• Sharing responsibilities with the Division Manager in creating and overseeing the annual budget and marketing expenditures.
• Predicting quarterly and monthly totals in respect to the year budget.
• Team reimbursements, Perdiem, and leave requests must be approved.
• Making sure that everyone on the team follows Zahrawi’s rules

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Find new possible clients by doing market research.
• Find new products on the market and learn about their pros and cons by analyzing market trends.
• Find ways to enhance existing items and develop new ones to assess their standing in the market.
• Arrange and lend a hand with the debut of new products and related events.
• Keep up-to-date on technical information by taking part in professional societies, reading relevant professional publications, building personal networks, and attending educational courses.
