Job Duties and Overview:
- Age requirement: 18 or older for some cash handling
- Ensuring adherence to all corporate rules and procedures, as well as regulatory obligations, while serving as Manager on Duty during off-peak hours of operation. Assisting with front-line staff training
- Also, other tasks may be assigned
Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate
- Ski binding or equivalent certification is required.
- Possess the following skills: the ability to favorably connect with guests and coworkers; the ability to comply to all safety standards; and the ability to keep a neat and tidy look.
- Preferred: Ski industry experience
- Communicate effectively and build rapport with customers, employees, and supervisors in accordance with the Service Excellence principles set out by Steamboat Ski and Resort Company.
- Skis weighing 20 to 30 pounds need to be able to be lifted frequently.
- Ability to work in confined areas Fluency in English is a must.
- Standing for extended durations without discomfort
- Reducing one’s height
