Job Duties and Overview:

• To welcome, smile, and greet our guests.
• Suggest and professionally upsell food & beverage products.
• To serve all our guests & colleagues with fast, efficient, and accurate service.
• Attend and accommodate guests’ reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
• To be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offerings available to answer guests’ questions.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Completion of a high school
• It is advantageous to have prior service experience.
• It is helpful to have knowledge of the POS system.
• Superb ability to communicate and stay organized
• Ability to work well with others and solve complex problems
• Possessing a Basic Food Safety Certificate and fluency in Arabic are also strengths.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic, high-pressure setting
