Job Duties and Overview:

• Maintain uniformly excellent housekeeping and laundry operations in accordance with all hotel brand requirements.
• Keep an eye on the housekeeping and laundry staff to make sure they’re all following instructions and looking presentable.
• Deliver outstanding service to guests
• Supervises housekeeping on the ground level and is actively involved in managing room availability and release for guest service.
• Oversees the Housekeeping department’s controls, including, but not limited to, staff rotation, master key release, incident reporting, and the incoming and outgoing flow of uniforms and linens.
• This person is in charge of making sure that guests’ preferences and wishes are promptly fulfilled by verifying their information in the CRM system every day.
• For important life events (wedding, funeral, new baby, etc.), ask for flowers. Additionally, we offer embroidery services for specialty linens, such as bridal and pampering
• Monthly contributions and Lost and Found are handled by Control.
• Take a look at the uniforms and get them fixed or adjusted.
• Manages the flow of information and personnel throughout the department. Does laundry linen release on a daily basis?
• Releases guest garments from the laundry service on a daily basis.
• Closes the laundry account every month and provides the funds for the same
• Fills in for (a) the Laundry Attendant when they are unavailable due to vacations, sick days, or breaks

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Organizing and planning
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Work history in the laundry industry
• Solid ability to communicate with others
• Skill in using computers and software (intermediate level), particularly Microsoft Office; dedication to providing excellent customer service
• High quality standards of cleanliness
