Salary:

• AED 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Guide, educate, and motivate the staff at the outlet to provide outstanding customer service.
• Work in tandem with other executives to establish a plan to improve the guest experience at all outlets in accordance with Sofitel standards and to guarantee that operations run smoothly.
• Delegate responsibilities, keep an eye on things, and maintain control of the outlet at all times.
• Maintain a relentless pursuit of novel approaches to performance management, average check growth via upselling, and cover capture in order to boost departmental profit.
• Encourage the staff to think outside the box in order to improve operations and the overall experience for guests.
• Adhere to the service standards, policies, and procedures of the establishment.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Two to three years of leadership experience, ideally in a high-energy premium property
• Superior understanding of the food and drink industry, particularly bartending.
• Knowledge of computers is a plus, and proficiency with a point-of-sale system is necessary.
• Capacity to maintain composure and courtesy while attending to guests’ needs
• A selfless individual with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Competence in maintaining team cohesion and productivity while working under intense time constraints
