Job Duties and Overview:

  • The goal of our customer service representatives is to give quick, effective, and kind assistance to all calls.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with both existing and potential Russo’s clients is a top priority.
  • Respond politely to incoming phone calls.
  • React to the needs of your customers.
  • Adding new customers’ details to the database.
  • Follow established protocols for recording call data.
  • Take care of and manage consumer issues in an effective manner.
  • Take and process orders.
  • Daily collection of consumer comments.
  • Make sure on-time delivery of all orders by tracking their progress.
  • Getting precise and comprehensive data from customers.
  • Offers exact details about the goods being sold.
  • Use every call to promote and sell more Russo’s.
  • Log all calls and customer grievances.
  • Deliver the highest standard of expert customer service possible.
  • Provides the requested information, finishes the transaction, and passes along requests to the appropriate department.
  • Recognizes up-selling opportunities in order to increase service sales.
  • Read your inbox and handle any orders for early shipping right away.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

  • A diploma or certificate of completion from an accredited high school or its equivalent 
  • In-Depth Analysis
  • Excellent verbal and telephone communication abilities, as well as attentive listening.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office effectively.
  • familiarity with modern electronic devices and software is a plus.
  • Skilled in the use of English. 
  • Prior work experience providing assistance to customers for at least two years. 
  • Superb verbal and listening skills
