Job Duties and Overview:

• Budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost control are all aspects of financial management that you’ll be responsible for as a theater owner. Use these profit-boosting tactics to increase your bottom line and meet your financial goals.
• Management of content and programming include working with movie studios and distributors to provide a compelling and varied selection of films. To draw in and keep viewers, you should organize and run special events and screenings.
• Maintain the theater to a high standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and appearance. Repairs and enhancements can be made more efficiently if teams are coordinated.
• Create and deploy promotional plans to boost attendance, sales, and customer loyalty. Work together with the marketing group to roll out successful advertising initiatives.
• Control the availability of concessions and make sure there’s plenty of what customers want. Establish streamlined means of stocking and ordering.
• Make that all health and safety rules are followed, such as those pertaining to hygiene, sanitation, and emergency action. Maintaining safety requirements will require consistent training.
