• Making the dough from scratch.
• Consistently excellent output and quality in baking and breadmaking are guaranteed.
• Bake breads, cakes, tarts, and pastries with an assistant’s help.
• Help with the standardization of all food and drink outlets’ dessert preparation.
• Help with food requisitioning for the kitchen.
• Get the service team their orders ready as needed.
• Help out the Pastry Team and the Pastry Chef with day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain strict adherence to the food safety program.
• Make sure there is no cross-contamination by keeping all work locations clean and organized.
• Get everything set up for each menu that needs it.
• Help guests with their inquiries in a prompt and effective way.
• Make sure everything is properly stored, especially food.
• Aid in keeping food expenses in check.
• Pay attention to the environment.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Prior work experience in a hotel bakery ideal.
• Strong understanding of baking.
• Understanding the fundamentals of pastry recipes.
• A certificate in basic food hygiene.
