Job Duties and Overview:

• Create concentrated conversations with guests which determine their personal preferences.
• Make each visitor’s stay memorable by showing initiative and foreseeing their full set of needs.
• Give all guests who need to leave the hotel precise directions.
• Use effective internal and external communication skills to attend to all guests’ concerns and demands.
• Concierge software should be used regularly to keep track of customers’ requests, reservations, and confirmations.
• Share any information with your superiors and coworkers that they need to know about internal and external events, resources, and potential difficulties.
• Helps guests by suggesting and arranging shopping, sightseeing, and cultural activities.
• Helps customers with airline reservations and bookings.
• Helps customers find and reserve restaurants, pubs, clubs, and other forms of entertainment and recreation

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Responsible for coordinating requests for limousine service and maximizing earnings.
• Details everything you need to know about the hotel’s amenities and services.
• Is required to have a deep and intimate knowledge of Dubai and adjacent locations. Everything from getting around town to going out and experiencing the arts and culture is included in this
• category. All suggestions must appear thoughtful and genuine.
• Creates bonds with clients in order to win their satisfaction and devotion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in line to the MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs), the MOHG Pillars and the respective service standards of MOQA.
• Know your way about, and how to get where you need to go, using the many modes of transportation available.
• Keep a database with detailed information about city landmarks up to date at all times.
• Proves intimate familiarity with the subject matter by extensive research, and takes the initiative to foresee all that will be needed to make the encounter a success.
