Job Duties and Overview:

  • Assist guests with checking in, providing room keys, and informing them about hotel facilities and room location
  • Make sure that, in accordance with local legislation, guests are asked to provide identification when they check in.
  • Always be polite and quick to answer the phone.
  • To increase hotel profits, upsell rooms wherever possible.
  • Respond to and handle all incoming and outgoing messages, calls, requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Save the preferences of guests in the database.
  • Finalize visitors’ check-out, including handling any outstanding or overdue fees.
  • Follow all predetermined protocols to accurately handle all credit card and cash transactions.
  • Assist guests with their safe-deposit boxes according to hotel policy.
  • Notify management of any unresolved guest concerns or requests that may necessitate further investigation.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in accordance with established service recovery protocols.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

  • Minimum requirement: completion of high school or its equivalent.
  • Strongly preferred: one year of experience working at a front desk or in guest service.
  • It is encouraged, but not required, that you be proficient in Opera.
  • Proficient in multiple languages, including English, Russian, and others.
