Job Duties and Overview:

• Assist visitors in their pursuits on the Recreation grounds (such as using equipment, handing out and collecting towels, restocking amenities, keeping the floor dampened for safety, maintaining security protocols, etc.).
• Keep a close eye on the public spaces to verify that only paying hotel guests are using them.
• Always be well-versed on safety measures and emergency drills.
• Always be helpful and pleasant to customers.
• Help with the regular counting of sheets and towels.
• Use all available systems and equipment responsibly and report any facility issues you may encounter.
• Learn the hotel’s fire, hygiene, health, and other policies inside and out before you stay there.
