Job Duties and Overview:

• Fills out resident and homeowner profiles with up-to-date details
• Makes precise use of a range of software applications to record the resident’s specific demands, such as those for engineering and housekeeping.
• Activates in the event of an emergency, such as facilitating communication with the fire department, ambulance, and other emergency services.
• Follows all rules, regulations, and processes set out by Four Seasons
• Collaborates effectively and professionally with superiors and peers
• Helps out Resident Service Attendants when they’re not available or when there’s a surge in patients.
• Maintains an immaculate and spotless Residential Lobby at all times.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities or assignments given by the Residential Leaders
• Ensure proper management of resident keys by keeping track of occupancy, visitor and guest access permissions, and all deliveries.
• When necessary, take payments from owners and residents and help post them in the PMS system.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Minimum of two to three years of relevant work experience in a front desk, concierge, or residential services area.
• Superb managerial abilities necessary
• Possess outstanding people skills and a polished public persona. Additionally, the ideal candidate would be well-versed in the area, have a
• positive outlook, and a friendly, welcoming grin.
• Exceptional ability to convey ideas to others
• Communicates well both orally and in writing in English; fluency in another language is a plus.
• Experience with a wide range of software
